| Description | Looking to sell 2 cemetery lots in beautiful Acacia Park, 7800 West Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL.
The lots are located in the beautiful Wisteria section, near the Mausoleum, in block 24, Southwest quarter, grave #1, and Northwest quarter, grave #2. These lots are NOT together, there are 2 gravesites in-between them. The current selling price of these lots are $2,000.00 each (if the cemetery were to sell them) . I am only asking $1250.00 each. If both lots are purchased together, there will be a $235.00 transfer fee, paid by the buyer. If the lots are purchased separately, the $235.00 transfer fee will be charged for each lot.
